Orders are shipped within 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via UPS Standard, with tracking number provided.

Estimated delivery times:

- Germany: 1-4 business days - €5

- EU countries: 2-8 business days - €10

- Non-EU countries: 1- 4 weeks - €20-40

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it may be reshipped at your expense.
