CIAO.ALTER

ALTER ALTER  is a Berlin-based jewelry project exploring queer intimacy, masculinity and adornment through piercing-inspired jewelry and seasonal casting. 
Originally conceived in Italy,the project acquired a new layer of meaning after relocating to Germany, where “Alter” is a colloquial German expression used to address 
someone directly, similar to “mate”.

Season after season, each campaign introduces a new protagonist, gradually building an archive of personalities connected to the project. 

From this process emerged CIAO ALTER (IG @ciao.alter), an ongoing digital archive dedicated to portraits and encounters.
